We prorate to the day. You pay only the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle, and your renewal date stays the same. No wasted dollars.

Do you charge per customer or per user?
Per active customer in your system. If you deactivate a customer record, they stop counting toward your plan limit immediately. Admin users are unlimited on all plans.
Can we pay by invoice instead of credit card?
Enterprise customers can switch to annual invoicing with net-30 payment terms. Email sales@ispbilling.com and we'll set it up within one business day.
